IntroNew Projects Workshop, March 2015 (Archived)
On Monday 23 March 2015, the New Projects workshop was held at ZSL. It focused on project reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Theory of Change, and Communication Strategy. The objectives of the workshop were to make sure projects understand the Darwin Reporting Systems, both financial and technical; and understand the importance of M&E and communication strategies to improve projects success and impact.
