The Fellowship is for one of Madagascar’s most promising conservation scientists to follow an MSc course in Applied Ecology and Conservation at the University of East Anglia. The course has an excellent reputation and the modules offered provide high quality teaching in subjects that are not taught in Madagascar. It includes a dissertation which will be conduced with the Mauritian Wildlife Foundation, UEA, Aberdeen and Madagasikara Voakajy. The Fellow will return to her post with Madagasikara Voakajy where her many responsibilities, including projects on bushmeat, conservation education and training, will provide her with the ideal opportunity to transfer her newly acquired skills.
