Summary
The Darwin scoping funding will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, two specific objectives including:
* Rallying and consolidating support at national and Union level for the design and implementation of the project working directly with the EFA and through the focal point of the GAWA network in Côte d’Ivoire, Liberia and Guinea.
* Dseveloping and agreeing on an action plan with all the local/regional partners for the development of a full Darwin project in readiness for submission at the next call for proposals to be launched by the Darwin Secretariat
